All purchases are shipped via Canada Post and will be shipped out next day on all in stock items. If you need your purchase by a specific date, alternate shipping methods are available. Custom Orders - Custom orders must be faxed prior to sale and signed for approval by customer to ensure correct sizes, colors, spelling and placement of artwork before any printing commences. Custom order are non-refundable.
Guarantee - We want you to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied with any stock items you have ordered or if any item is defective in materials or workmanship The Fire Emporium will replace it with a similar item or provide you with a credit or refund. Initial shipping charges are non- refundable.
